HOW WE PROTECT YOU

Our practices for your data, security and account control

Data Encryption

Every deposit, withdrawal and personal detail you enter is encrypted using industry-standard SSL certificates. We store your information on secure servers that are backed up daily. Your account is never shared with external marketing or advertising platforms.

Payment Verification

When you request a withdrawal, our team verifies your identity and account balance before processing. Withdrawals to DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS usually clear within two hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank.

Cookie & Tracking

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences and measure site traffic. Essential cookies cannot be disabled; optional cookies you can manage in your browser settings. We do not track your browsing outside ppwin without your consent.

Account Access & Control

You own your account and can download your transaction history, account statements and personal data anytime from Settings. You can also request a copy of all information we hold about you in machine-readable format.

Retention & Deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active, plus seven years for tax and legal compliance. If you close your account, we retain only what law requires — usually payment records and fraud prevention details — and delete the rest.

Dispute & Escalation

If you have a complaint about data handling, payment processing or account access, email [email protected] with details. We investigate within seven business days and aim to resolve within fourteen days. You can escalate to our compliance team if needed.
